Angela Baggetta began her career in non-fiction book publishing in 1999. She worked in-house as a publicist at Basic Books and Doubleday-Broadway Books (now part of Penguin Random House), and for many years at the freelance public relations firm Goldberg McDuffie Communications. In 2017 she founded her own literary publicity agency, Angela Baggetta Communications. She has worked with several bestselling authors, from Joseph E. Stiglitz and Garry Wills to Jennifer Breheny Wallace and Brooke Baldwin. Angela has presented on book publicity for the New America Foundation, the Association of University Press, and the NYU Publishing Course.
